Return and Refund Policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Request Period

Returns are accepted only if:

An incorrect product was shipped by us, or
The product is dead on arrival (DOA) or defective.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

2. Opened Products

If the product seal has been opened and the product is found to be working properly (not defective), returns, replacements, or refunds will not be applicable.

3. Missing Accessories

Replacement or refund requests will not be accepted if any product part, accessory, manual, or original packaging is missing.

4. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

A complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits)
Clear photos showing the damage

This evidence is required for verification before approving any replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

An incorrect product shipped by us
A damaged product
A defective (DOA) product

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

6. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund for the missing item(s), if applicable.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In exceptional circumstances where cancellation is approved before shipment, any applicable payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Transit Damage

Shoppers Future is not responsible for damage caused during transit by the courier partner.

However, if the package is received in damaged condition, customers must provide an unboxing video and photos immediately so that we can investigate and assist.
